Colruyt Mobile the Colruyt mobile telephony service will cease operations on 2 July 2014. Colruyt Mobile customers will automatically switch to Mobistar. Colruyt Mobile guarantees to assist its customers in the transition period. Focus on core activities In its constant search for growth Colruyt explores and seizes new opportunities. From that perspective Colruyt Mobile was set up. As for its products in the stores Colruyt wanted to guarantee the lowest prices for mobile telephony with the emphasis on high quality services. However as the telecommunications sector is continually evolving both on a technological level and in terms of promotional mechanisms Colruyt has too small an impact on the parameters that are crucial to continue guaranteeing the lowest prices. Assistance for customers and personnel Colruyt Mobile customers will be personally informed of the discontinuation by letter and/or text message. They will be able to use the Colruyt Mobile website or call the helpdesk until 1 July. Colruyt Mobile customers don t need to take any action: as of 2 July they will automatically switch to Mobistar the current partner for the mobile service.
